Primera's Eddie Edible Ink Printer and Freddie Frosting Machine are a powerful pair designed to transform cookie and dessert decoration for both professional bakers and home enthusiasts. Eddie prints intricate designs, personalised messages, and logos directly onto edible treats using certified food-safe ink, producing vibrant, dry-ready results at 5-6 cookies per minute. Freddie complements this by automatically piping and flooding cookies with royal icing thanks to its FreddieVision™ camera system and topographic sensors, frosting around a dozen cookies every 12 minutes via an unattended 12-cookie carousel. Both machines are safety-certified (Eddie's inks are food-safe; Freddie is NSF®-certified), and Freddie works with any royal icing recipe at approximately a 20-second flow count, accommodating cookie sizes from 1" to 5".
